Sugar Factory, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot on the Las Vegas strip, is a 14,000 sq/ft, three-level restaurant utilizing Tabit’s fully mobile Restaurant Operating System. With the system’s mobility, servers can easily manage tables, orders and payments throughout the levels with the handheld server Pads. The managers use the Pads to oversee all operations and approve comps/voids so they are not running between the three levels. In addition to the 230-seat capacity dining areas, there are three bars and two retail stores in the restaurant.
