Tom Seeker is a senior management executive with extensive experience in hospitality, manufacturing, and the Audio Visual sectors. In addition, he served honorably in the United States Navy for 10 years as an Electronic Warfare Technician and is a veteran of Desert Storm among other conflicts across the globe. Tom has served as the senior IT leader for several great companies with over 23+ years in the private sector and looks forward to the adventure of what is to come.

Seeker has led the technology departments in several multi-unit restaurant organizations with over 23 brands. These brands include The Oyster Bar, Barnhill's Buffet, Pappa Lovetti's, McGuires Irish Pub, Crabs, Flounders, Vinny's, Sushi, Shrimp Basket, Toojay's, Brio, Bravo, Bertucci's, Buca Di Beppo, Planet Hollywood, Earl Of Sandwich, Seaside on the Pier, Cafe Hollywood, Chicken Guy, The Breakfast Club. I was also a BA/PM with Outback Restaurant Partners with Outback, Carrabbas, Flemmings, Roys, Blue Coral, Cheeseburger in Paradise, and Jacksons. Most recently, Tom led the creation of Bears Big Burgers and Wings Virtual brand.

In addition to the Brick and Mortar brands, Tom is responsible for leading the technology team with the Virtual Dining Concepts and the numerous virtual brands including Mr. Beast Burger, Nascar Refuel, Wing Squad, Tyga Bytes among many others.

Tom has been fortunate to have started as a desktop analyst, Database Developer, Network Engineer, IT Manager, IT Director, and Vice President of IT and now has the honor and privilege of serving as the Chief Information Officer for Earl Enterprises which continues to push the limit of where a restaurant company can go. He mentors and supports a team of professionals across numerous brands, companies, and specialties to accomplish our mission with excellence.
