Akanksha Talya is a company builder, product leader in B2B SaaS, currently serving as Chief Product Officer at ServiceChannel. In her role at ServiceChannel she leads the product vision, strategy, design, development for our cloud-based software and marketplace solutions for intelligent facilities management. Prior to ServiceChannel, Akanksha has been an executive leader at both venture backed start-ups and publicly traded companies. At CloseFactor, backed by Sequoia Capital, she was the first executive hire in building and scaling the company. Prior to that, she held various executive Product Management leadership roles at GE Digital. At GE Digital, she led the product management organization of SaaS Applications portfolio ($250m business) and grew the business both organically and inorganically. Akanksha also spent several years as a Management Consulting Leader with Deloitte. Akanksha is based in San Francisco Bay Area and an active angel investor in AI, B2B SaaS and fintech start-ups. She has a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
