Wade Allen is a seasoned restaurant and retail executive and has extensive knowledge in digital innovation with 20+ years of experience driving transformative business strategy and solutions. Wade is currently the EVP of Strategic Growth for Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill and leads their Marketing, IT, and Off-premise initiatives.


Prior to his executive role with Costa Vida, Wade served in several senior leadership roles with Brinker International, including CDO, CIO, and VP of Marketing.
