Stephanie Nardini is VP of Information Technology, Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, Inc., a fast casual franchise restaurant chain known for its authentic fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs. The company appears for the third year on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 Top 10 list (#7 in 2021).

Stephanie joined the company in 2014 as the Database Administrator when there were only 750 locations. She was responsible for all aspects of a complex SQL Server 2012 Merge Replication environment.

Today, with more than 2,000 open locations, she is responsible for the design, development, deployment and support of all IT-related software and systems. This includes a custom Point of Sale system, Mobile app and Web ordering platforms, and other integrated services for the franchisees and the franchisor.

Stephanie is uniquely qualified from a technology perspective to lead the growing IT team at Jersey Mike’s, which is responsible for providing excellent software and services to franchisees. Her focus is always on how the team will succeed for the franchise owners. This approach has garnered respect from the IT Team and every other department at Jersey Mike’s.

Her background includes more than 10 years in the IT profession, primarily as a database administrator, architect, and developer. She is a past winner of Hospitality Technology’s Top Women in Restaurant Technology award.
