As the Vice President for Uncle Julio’s Restaurant Group, Sreedhar Vemireddy provides leadership for continued development of an innovative, sustainable, and secure information technology environment. He has been credited with enabling 3rd party and launching a Ghost Kitchen concept “Savage Burrito” during the pandemic.
Prior to that, he was the Senior Director at Wingstop Restaurants where he played a key role in overseeing corporate systems, internal and external IT audits, information governance and compliance policy while taking the company public.
As a proven leader in information technology with nearly 20 years of experience in the field, Sreedhar has been helping companies grow by planning, development, delivery, and monitoring of technical solutions. Sreedhar received B. Tech in Computer Science from Kakatiya University and M.B.A from Southern Methodist University.
